Greater air connectivity between Singapore and Vietnam is on the cards, as the two countries look to upgrade their relationship to a comprehensive strategic partnership. It may cover extensive aspects of cooperation, such as trade, defence and education. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong revealed this as he wrapped up a trip to Vietnam.
